Challenge
Build a complete green city navigation mobile solution, so when someone creates a route, the carbon footprint is minimized and a possible bicycle usage/rent is taken into account.
Solution
Both Android and iOS mobile applications were developed along with appropriate java back-end.
For that we combined together many public and private APIs, starting from Google Maps to Finnish Transport and Communications Agency API, realtime Public transport positions API and local parking API together with taxi API. Finally, all those pieces must be joined together into one comprehensive routing system.
